Online Registration
To register online for the next OCA Extravaganza, please have a look at the different registration options further down on this page, and select those you want by using the ‘Add To Cart’ buttons.
- You can register yourself, your spouse, and others.
- You can purchase items like T-shirts, filters, and 10G tanks for pickup at the event.
- You can become an OCA member, make a donation, or make any other payment to the OCA.
- You can NOT book hotel rooms via this site. Contact the Holiday Inn Select Strongsville (440-238-8800) for that purpose.
You can go back and forth between the registration/product page and the checkout page (your shopping cart), to adjust the type and quantity of items you want to purchase. Once you have exactly what you want in you shopping cart, clicking ‘Make Purchase’ will take you away from the OCA Website to PayPal where you can complete the payment.
Mail-in Registration
For those who don’t want to use PayPal or register online, a mail-in registration will become available closer to the event. You will be able to print out a registration form and mail it to us with a check. The OCA is a volunteer organization and we have nobody who wants to collect checks during the whole year. That’s why the mail-in registration is only open close to the event. The online registration is fully automatic and can be open much longer, making life easier for you and your OCA Board Members.
We do not ship!
All goods listed for sale on this page are only available with registration for the next OCA Extravaganza, and will be available at the event from the check-in desk. The OCA will not ship any products like T-shirts, filters or tanks to you.

08 - OCA Bulletin Board Ad
$10 entitles you to one letter sized page on our bulletin board at the OCA Extravaganza to advertise anything for sale that’s legal to sell in Ohio. You can buy several pages if needed. You must be a registered OCA Extravaganza attendant to buy advertising space.
09 - OCA Extravaganza Show Entry
Pay for your show entries now to save time when setting up.
10 - Ten Gallon Tank
Buy ten gallon tanks from us to display your show entries at the OCA Extravaganza.
11 - Hydro Sponge-1 Filter
Filters to be picked up after 2 PM on OCA Extravanganza Sunday. Filter purchase not required for show entry. You must be a registered OCA Extravanganza attendant to buy Hydro Sponge Filters.
12 - Donation to OCA Jim Smith Fund
The OCA supports cichlid research, education and conservation projects through the OCA Jim Smith Fund. Please consider making a donation to this fund.
