Here’s what you need to know about the OCA’s online auction:
You do not have to be a member of the OCA to participate.
The auction begins on Monday, 3/15, but you can register before that. Lot submission ends on Saturday, 3/20 and the auction ends on Sunday, 3/21.
Each participant must create an account on auction.fish. This can be done at any time.
You will choose a username that other participants will see on each of your lots for sale, and on your bids. You can choose something that will let people know it’s you, if you want, but you don’t have to.
You must also enter your full name, address, phone number and email address. Other participants will not be able to see this information during the auction. Afterward, on your invoice, you’ll see the real names of the people you bought an item from or sold an item to. We may use contact info to help participants find each other in case of a problem.
Once you have an account:
That will get you registered. The auction begins Monday, 3/15, at 9:00 AM, when you’ll be able to see submitted auction lots, bid on them, and submit lots of your own.
